Prokopios Krikris is a seasoned maritime professional with 15 years of expertise in pre-fixture and post-fixture operations, commercial management, claims negotiation, and arbitration. He currently holds the position of Legal Director at Sagitta Marine’s Athens office, where he applies his extensive industry knowledge to enhance operational, legal, and commercial activities.

Before assuming his current role, Prokopios served as Operations Manager at Atlantic Management and spent nearly a decade at Meadway, specialising in post-fixture operations and claims management. Additionally, he has worked as a consultant for major corporations for nearly five years..

He holds two master’s degrees—one in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus and another in Maritime Law from the University of London—along with a diploma in Maritime Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). Prokopios is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Member of the Baltic Exchange and sits as an arbitrator in London.
