Carolina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago. With extensive experience across industries like accounting firms, retail, and NGOs, she has developed a well-rounded skill set. In the maritime sector, Carolina spent seven years working in both the administration and accounting departments of a manning company, including four years as Team Leader.

She later joined Sagitta Marine, where she contributed to strengthening their administration and accounting functions while gaining insight into other aspects of the maritime industry. Passionate about the sea, Carolina takes every opportunity to visit the beach. In her spare time, she also enjoys learning French.
